The new planet of the Solar System

Japanese scientists discovered the ninth planet of the Solar System. The description of their discovery is going to be published in special scientific journal. The article will present all known details about the new planet.
Modern astrologists know that there are more then one hundred little planets out of the orbit of the planet Neptune, the majority of which have the form of the sphere as other planets of the Solar System.
But some of these planets have entirely different orbit as those of eight planets. And till nowadays scientist can't explain this fact and its origins.
Scientists tried to simulate the process of changing the orbit of planets of the Solar System for the last 4 milliard years. But all theories were disapproved.
But when scientists discovered the new planet, the logic appeared in experiments of scientists.
According to scientist this planet should be situated near Neptune and revolve on its axis on pillow-like orbit with the maximum radius 15-60 milliard kilometres. Its mass must be from 30% to 70% of the mass of the Earth, and the surface of the planet must be covered with ice and rocks.
According to researches, this planet had to bring nearer to the sun at the minimal distance of 12 milliards kilometres and to have the same brightness as Pluto (the small planet of the Solar System was considered to be the ninth planet till the year 2006), but this mysterious planet wasn't noticed because of the brightness of other planets and the angle of its axial tilt.
This discovery may be the greatest discovery for the last several years.
