Planets for human life

One more planet with possible favourable conditions for life was discovered recently. This is the small rocky planet that revolves near its star. And such distance gave the hope to scientists to find there water as according to their investigations the temperature of the planet changes from 0 to 40 degree C.
However computer simulation of the planet showed that the planet is very hot, but its neighbour planet may be favourable for the human life.
This planet is five times smaller than Earth. It is situated at the distance 20.5 light years from the Earth and is the part of constellation Gemini revolving round the dwarf star.
The simulation of the climate of the planet showed that it is unearthly paradise. It is very similar to Venus where the carbon dioxide and methane provoke so called greenhouse effect. And the temperature of the planet is more than 100 C thanks to it.
So this planet may be good for living as the greenhouse effect allows it to raise the temperature because it can't get heat from the star around which it revolves as it is situated too far. So the possibility of existence of water is very high. This planet is eight times heavier our planet.
The star around which the planet revolves was also studied by scientists. So, it is stable star that already exists several milliards years. This fact is very important as Earth needed 3.5 milliard years to develop the life from simple life forms to humanity.
This planet system is considered to be the only system where the life is possible.
